1. Scope and responsibility
This draft describes the Primal terminal and optional account flow. It distinguishes information used for account authentication, public wallet and transaction information, browser preferences, and technical diagnostics. Visiting a third-party website or using an external wallet is also subject to that provider’s own privacy notice. The identity and contact details of the person or organization responsible for Primal’s processing have not been supplied. This draft does not substitute for that information. A final notice must identify that operator and explain how to exercise privacy rights privately.2. Information processed
- Account information: a Privy user identifier and the linked identities returned by your chosen method. Depending on the method, this can include an email address, social-account identifier, basic profile information and a public wallet address.
- Authentication information: verification codes, signatures and session credentials are processed by the authentication flow to verify control of your chosen method. They are not market data and should not be sent to product analytics.
- Wallet and transaction information: public addresses, holdings and public blockchain activity, plus records of transactions initiated through the terminal. Trade history is associated with a public wallet address so it can be retrieved across devices.
- Browser information: settings, presets, watchlists, display preferences and session-related storage used by the application and its providers.
- Technical information: request metadata such as IP address and device or browser information, security and error logs, performance measurements and usage events where enabled.
- Communications: information you choose to provide when contacting the team through a channel made available for that purpose.
