A Primal account holds your Premium access and saved Premium settings. A payment wallet is the wallet you choose when paying. Account sign-in and payment-wallet connection are separate actions. Primal uses Privy for account sign-in and connecting supported wallets. You keep using your own wallet, such as Phantom, Solflare or Backpack, to review and approve payment requests.

Sign in

Select Log in in the header to open Log in or sign up. Choose email, Google or Telegram. Email uses a one-time code; there is no Primal password. Signing in does not authorize a payment or trade.

Wallet connection through Privy

When checkout asks you to connect a wallet, Privy provides the connection flow for the supported Solana wallets. Choose your wallet, approve the connection there, then select the account you want to pay from. Connecting does not sign you into a different Primal account or authorize a transfer. Your external wallet keeps its private keys and signs requests you approve. Primal does not ask for your seed phrase or private key, and signing in does not automatically create an embedded wallet. If your account already has a Privy embedded wallet, it can appear as primal wallet in the payment chooser. A Premium payment still requires a separate approval. Manage your account

Account → Account opens the Account page. It contains:
  • Your membership: access status, its end date, payment history and options to extend access.
  • Sign-in methods: the identities linked to the same account. Link only methods you control, and keep a working method before removing another.
  • Telegram bot: the official bot link.
Use Account → Premium settings for your Trade platform, browser sounds and private Telegram feed preferences. On desktop market pages, the footer’s Settings opens the compact version. On mobile, use Account → Premium settings.

Pay for Premium

  1. Open the Premium page and choose an available term.
  2. Sign into the account that should receive access.
  3. Connect or select the supported payment wallet shown in checkout.
  4. Review the current amount, currency, paying wallet, recipient, quote expiry and network-fee note before paying.
Connecting a payment wallet does not link it as a sign-in method. Signing into a different account does not move a payment or membership to it. Follow the displayed checkout status and check Account payment history if a payment needs verification.

Trading elsewhere

Native Primal trading and Portfolio are unavailable in the current App. Trade links open the selected provider, which manages its own wallet connection and transaction approval. Never share your seed phrase or private key.
