Draft for review. Prepared 6 October 2026. This document is not yet effective. The service operator, a private contact channel and the applicable legal framework must be confirmed before publication.

1. The service

Primal provides a browser terminal, market information, signals, token and wallet analysis, and access to transactions through external wallets. These draft terms cover the terminal and optional Primal account. Third-party wallets, authentication providers, blockchains and exchanges have their own terms. Only use Primal where doing so is lawful. You must have the legal capacity to accept the applicable terms and any transaction you approve.

2. Accounts and authentication

An optional Primal account uses Privy authentication. Available methods depend on the application’s configuration and may include an email code, Google, Phantom and Telegram. Email authentication uses a one-time code; Primal does not provide an email-password login in this flow. Log in accesses an existing account. Sign up creates an account after the chosen method is verified. Protect your email, social accounts and wallet. Do not share login codes or let another person impersonate you. Linking an additional method associates that identity with the same account; only link accounts you control. Account authentication and connecting a wallet for trading are separate actions. Logging in does not authorize a transaction, create an embedded wallet or automatically activate a paid membership. Any paid feature must show its price and applicable terms before you purchase it.

3. Your wallet and transactions

Primal’s current trading flow uses your external wallet. Primal does not ask for your seed phrase or private key. Wallet connection allows the interface to read your public address and request signatures. You approve transaction intent in your wallet. Review the token, amount, destination, fees and transaction details before signing. A wallet login signature verifies identity; it does not by itself approve a swap. Never sign a request you do not understand. Completed blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, and Primal cannot reverse them.

4. Market information and risk

Signals, scores, charts, audits, news and historical outcomes are informational. They are not a promise of future results or a recommendation tailored to your circumstances. A token audit or score does not guarantee safety, liquidity, authenticity or profitability. Examples and past price movements are not representative investment returns. Digital assets can lose all their value. Risks include volatility, illiquidity, malicious tokens, smart-contract failures, network congestion, failed execution and inaccurate or delayed data. You decide whether to trade and remain responsible for your decisions and any applicable reporting or tax obligations.

5. Fees

Platform fees and recovery-action pricing are described on the Primal fees page. Network fees, validator tips, pool costs and price impact can apply separately. Review the amounts shown before approving a transaction. Platform trading fees are intended to execute atomically with the corresponding transaction. A failed transaction may still incur blockchain network costs. Creating an account does not itself purchase a membership or authorize a recurring charge.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not impersonate another user, access an account without authorization or link an identity you do not control.
  • Do not exploit the service, interfere with its availability, bypass access controls or distribute malicious code.
  • Do not use Primal for fraud, unlawful activity or infringement of another person’s rights.
  • Do not misrepresent Primal data, scores or signal examples as guaranteed performance or an endorsement.

7. Third-party services and availability

Primal relies on third-party authentication, wallets, data sources, hosting and blockchain infrastructure. Their availability and actions can affect the service. Information may be incomplete, delayed or unavailable; routes and features may change or be suspended for maintenance or security. Primal does not control an external wallet, a third-party token contract or the blockchain network. No service can promise uninterrupted access, error-free data or successful execution of every transaction.

8. Content and privacy

Primal branding, interface and original content remain subject to the rights of their owners. Third-party trademarks identify their respective products and do not imply endorsement. Public blockchain data may be visible through other services independently of Primal. The Privacy Policy explains account, wallet and technical data processing. Signing up is not consent to optional marketing or tracking. Any processing that requires separate consent must be handled through a separate choice.

9. Account access and termination

You may stop using the service, sign out of your account or disconnect your trading wallet. Signing out or disconnecting is not a request to delete an account or stored records. A private account-support and deletion-request process must be finalized before these terms take effect. Access may be restricted when necessary to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Restrictions on Primal access do not transfer custody of your external wallet or alter assets recorded on the blockchain.

10. Liability and mandatory rights

These draft terms do not promise investment outcomes or compensation for ordinary market losses. Any final warranty exclusions or limitations of liability must be reviewed for the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes and contact

Material changes to effective terms should be communicated before they apply where required. The final document must identify the service operator, a usable private contact channel, its effective date and the applicable law and dispute process. Those details have not been supplied for this draft.
