# Staying safe

> The anti-scam rules for Solana traders, plus every official primal. link in one table.

Memecoin trading attracts scammers the way volume attracts bots. The rules below cost nothing
and block nearly all of it.

## The hard rules

* **primal. staff will never DM you first.** Not on Telegram, not on X. Anyone opening a DM
  claiming to be primal. support is a scammer.
* **Nobody legitimate asks for your seed phrase.** Not to "validate" a wallet, not to "sync" it,
  not to unlock a reward. The phrase never leaves your wallet.
* **There is no primal. airdrop, claim page, or migration portal.** A link saying otherwise is a
  drainer.
* **Read what your wallet shows before signing.** The simulation is your last line of defense,
  and it is a good one.
