# FAQ

> Short answers to the common questions.

<AccordionGroup>
<Accordion title="Is primal. custodial?">
No. You connect your own wallet and sign every transaction. primal. never holds keys or
funds and cannot move anything without your signature.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="What does a failed transaction cost me?">
Nothing beyond the network fee your wallet showed. The platform fee is atomic with the swap.
A failed transaction pays no fee and is not counted as a trade anywhere in the terminal.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Why did my transaction fail?">
Usually slippage (price moved past your tolerance) or congestion (blockhash expired before
inclusion). See [Confirmations](/trading/confirmations) for the full table and fixes.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Where do the signals come from?">
From primal.'s own real-time analysis of market metrics and participant behavior, checked
against each token's on-chain structure and then tracked against real outcomes. No paid
placements. A token cannot buy its way into Radar.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Does a high PrimalScore mean the token will go up?">
No. It means the evidence is real and the on-chain structure is clean.
[PrimalScore](/alpha/primalscore) ranks signals. The trade is still a risk you choose.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Why does a token show "—" instead of a price?">
Its pool is dead or unreadable. There is no live market to price it, and primal. shows a dash
rather than inventing a number.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Which wallets and venues are supported?">
Phantom, Solflare, and other major Solana wallets. Fills route across pump.fun, PumpSwap,
Raydium, Meteora, and Jupiter. Solana mainnet only.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Is there an API or a bot?">
The [@primaldottrade Telegram](https://t.me/primaldottrade) broadcasts free signal invites. A
public API is not offered today.
